Cancellation Policy: If you need to make any changes to your reservation, including cancellations or rescheduling, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your booking. Failure to do so will result in the reservation being charged at 100%.
Age Restrictions: Persons must be 16 years or above to use the spa or have a treatment. 16-17yrs old must be accompanied by an adult of 18yrs +.
Facilities: Treatment only bookings do not include facility use. You only have full use of facilities, when booking a Spa experience.
Medical Conditions: If you have any medical conditions or have recently undergone surgery or illness, (pleaase be advised any surgery within 12 weeks, we will not be able to do any treatment), it's important to inform us before your arrival. This way, we can provide you with appropriate advice on suitable treatments. We have specially trained oncology therapists, if you have had cancer in the past or are currently living with cancer, please inform the team before your arrival date. The team reserve the right to decline a treatment, or, use of the facilities if is not in the best interest of the guest.
Arrival Time: Be sure to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment, arriving late may result in a shortened session. We will do our best to accommodate you, but punctuality is crucial.
